Where was Santa?
Thursday, December 29th, 2005I went back to my hometown recently. It’s been 10 months since I last went back and many years since I was home for Christmas, and I must say, it’s pretty boring. Haha. On Christmas Day I was at home alone, watching Christmas shows on TV and cooking dinner for the family, who went to the orchard. They caught fish for me, which I brought back to KL, of course.
The days leading up to Christmas weres ok though, and so were the days after Christmas. I was home for six days only, partly b
ecause I couldn’t get an earlier flight, and also because I had to work on the 27th.
As usual, I met my cousins and some of my aunties and uncles, and my hordes of nieces and nephews. Also managed to meet up with my friends, and "bumped" into some very unexpected guests too. Heh heh.
To those who didn’t know I was home and to those whom I didn’t manage to meet up with (the boys mostly, oops), sorry lor. Basically nobody knew I was going back (except for a few friends in KL) so my mum and dad were pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Well, I’d like to think that they were pleasantly surprised.
Lots of things happened, but I won’t bore anyone with the details, and the ones that were interesting can’t be repeated here. So, I’ll just let some pictures do the talking. More piccies
Once again, have a jolly Christmas (the 12 days ain’t over yet!) and a grrreeat 2006!
